Set prices (Updated and correct as of 28th April 2026):
£75 for an A4 portrait of one person/pet, plus £30 each additional person/pet (up to three subjects),
£85 for an A3 portrait of one person/pet, plus £30 each additional person/pet (up to five subjects).
Digital architectural rendering prices start at £75 for a A3 PDF and JPG file showing front, back and two side elevations.
A 20% deposit is required before work begins.
Prices do not include postage, but they do cover all materials and packaging. Every piece is original and supplied unframed.
If you need a different subject, overseas shipping, more than five subjects, or artwork larger than A3, I’m happy to provide a bespoke commission and postage quote.
Postage
All items are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Delivery, which includes tracking and requires a signature on arrival. Your artwork is wrapped securely and posted in either a strong cardboard envelope or a reinforced postage tube with sealed stoppers for extra protection.
Postage reassurance: I choose guaranteed, signed‑for delivery because it protects the value of your artwork. If Royal Mail were ever to lose or damage your item, I can make a claim 10 days after the expected delivery date (with photographic evidence from the recipient). In such cases, I would happily refund you in full or recreate the piece.

These Terms & Conditions explain how I work, what you can expect when commissioning artwork from me, and the responsibilities of both artist and customer.
1. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, digital images, sketches, and designs created by me remain my intellectual property.
I retain full copyright on all original work, all rights reserved.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, edited, or used commercially without my written permission.
You are purchasing the physical artwork or digital file, not the copyright.

2. Commissions & Deposits
To begin any bespoke artwork:
A 20% non‑refundable deposit is required before I start the commission.
Once the artwork is complete, I will email you a watermarked/protected preview image for approval.
The remaining balance is due before the final item is posted.
Bespoke and personalised items are non‑returnable unless faulty, as they are created specifically for you.
3. Prices & What’s Included
All prices include the cost of materials and packaging.
Postage is not included in the artwork price.
Artwork is supplied unframed unless otherwise agreed.
For alternative subjects, overseas delivery, framed items, more than five subjects, or sizes over A3, please request a bespoke quote.
4. Postage & Delivery
All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed).
Includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery
Artwork is packaged in protective wrap inside a sturdy cardboard tube with double‑sealed end caps
Postage Reassurance
I use Special Delivery because it provides compensation cover.
If Royal Mail fails to deliver or damages your item:
I can submit a claim 10 days after the expected delivery date
The recipient must provide photographic proof of damage
Once the claim is accepted, I will refund the full amount or reproduce the artwork (your choice)
5. Quality of Materials
I use only:
High‑quality lightfast inks, pencils, and graphite
Acid‑free archival paper to prevent fading or yellowing
A protective sealant to reduce smudging and dust
This ensures your artwork stays vibrant for many years with proper care.
6. Reference Images
Please provide:
The best quality, copyright‑free image you can
Multiple photos where possible
The clearer the reference, the more detail I can include in your final artwork.
7. Care of Original Artwork
To keep your artwork looking its best:
Framing is strongly recommended
Avoid direct sunlight, heat, moisture, dust, and pressure
Do not rub or touch the surface
Digital artwork will be sent via email in JPG/PNG format.
8. Rendered Architectural Images
For architectural illustrations:
I aim to match plans and details as closely as possible
These images are an artist’s interpretation and should be used as a visual guide only
I cannot accept responsibility for differences in the final build, materials, or landscaping
Colours may vary depending on screen settings
Decorative items shown in illustrations are not included
Digital images are supplied in A3 JPEG & PDF format
9. Returns & Cancellations
Bespoke artwork cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
The 20% deposit is non‑refundable once work has begun.
If you need to cancel before work starts, please contact me as soon as possible.

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how it is used.
1. Who I Am
I am an independent artist creating custom artwork. This website is run by me personally. I am the data controller.
2. Information I Collect
I only collect the minimum information needed to complete your order and create a legally‑required invoice:
Your name
Your postal address
Your email address
Your contact number
This information appears on your invoice and is kept only for legal and tax purposes.
3. Payment Information
I do not collect or store any payment details.
All payments are handled securely by PayPal or your bank. I never see your card or bank information.
4. Images You Provide
If you send me photos or reference images for your artwork:
They are used only to complete your project.
They are deleted once the project is finished.
They are never shared, reused, or stored long‑term.
5. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used only for:
Creating and delivering your artwork
Preparing your invoice for tax records
Communicating with you about your order
I do not use your information for marketing, mailing lists, or advertising.
6. How Long I Keep Your Information
Invoices (with your name, address, email, and contact number) are kept for the time required by UK tax law.
All customer images are deleted after the project is completed.
7. Sharing Your Information
I do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone.
The only exception is where I am legally required to share information for tax or accounting purposes.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Ask what information I hold about you
Request corrections if anything is wrong
Request deletion of any information I am not legally required to keep
