Illustrations taken from architects drawings, all I need is a list of the materials and colours and I will create an artists impression of how the finished property will look. Prices start at £75 for a A3 PDF and JPG file showing front, back and two side elevations.

Each element is hand drawn, this way I can match your materials as closely as possible, I can also add small details to show how the property will be used, like flower beds and pots, outdoor chairs, a bike propped up against a wall etc.
What information will I need?
- Your architects' drawings
- Colours of soffits and fascias
- Colour of drainpipes and gutters
- Type and colour of roof tile
- Colours of doors and windows
- Types of wood used on the property
- Name of brick/brick type
- Colour of render
- Door furniture colour
- Style of wall lamps
For extensions and alterations; any photographs you can send me of the existing property are also a great help.
